Bremen Airport has three terminals which operate from 03:00 until 23:00 (or later, if flights are delayed). Check-in for all Lufthansa, Thomas Cook (Condor), Tunis Air and OLT flights is handled at Terminal 3 at check-in desks 21 to 38. All other airlines, such as KLM and Air France, conduct check-in at Terminal 1.

This busy, modern airport provides all the amenities that a traveller needs. Food and beverages for every taste and budget can be found in each of the terminals including the Airlift Snackbar, Café D'oro, CaffÈ Rosso and the new restaurant in Terminal 2. Drinks are available in bars including the Flyer's Bar and Brasserie Wings in the departures areas of terminals 1 and 3.

The terminals at Bremen Airport have been given a new interior and offer some excellent shopping opportunities. HDS Retail GmbH from Wiesbaden runs two shops on the ground floor of Terminal 1, offering travel accessories, tobacco products, sweets, cosmetics and reading material. Relay is another place where you can buy newspapers and books.

The airport is also home to the hairdressing salon, Hairport; a bakery; florist; sunglasses shop and the Space Shop, which sells many things related to aviation and space travel. Duty-free goods can be purchased in terminals 1 and 3.

ATMs are conveniently located in all of the terminals. There is a post office and the savings bank Sparkasse Bremen has a branch onsite. Business travellers will appreciate the Regus Business Centre, located directly opposite the terminal, which provides a general office service on an hourly basis. They also offer a multilingual translation service and video conference facilities.

VIP lounges are managed by KLM, Lufthansa and Hapag Lloyd for their passengers. AHS Bremen travel agency has offices in each of the terminals to assist passengers with their travel plans. Guests of the airport can relax on the visitors' terrace, which is open daily from 05:00 to 23:00 and is free of charge.

Bremen Airport is designed to be completely accessible to disabled travellers. Lowered telephone booths and specially-fitted toilets are provided in all of the terminals. Lifts give convenient access to all areas of the complex. In addition, there is a guide system for the blind, which operates between the car park, tram stop and the terminals. Signs in the lifts and airport layouts are displayed in Braille. Disabled passengers are advised to contact their airline ahead of time if they need specific help.
